Skot's Shots Blog - A new Central Texas Photo Club
I think that I and another photographer around the area might try to get a new photography club going. I looked for a local club, but the one in Temple, TX seems to be defunct. Their web site hasn't been updated since 2005. I also found the HOTPPG (Heart of Texas Professional Photographers Guild), but it looks like their site hasn't been updated since 2007.
I'll donate web space and a domain to the project if we can get it up and running. So, if you are in the Waco area or know someone who is, please drop me a line to let me know if you are interested.
My vision is a group where we can all learn more about photography, from the newest newbie with a point-and-shoot, to the most experienced professional with a high-end DSLR. Let's get this off the ground.
